I've led transaction coordination at volume. From 2017 to 2021, I ran operations at Contract 2 Close. I built its checklists and systems and trained its coordinators, and we supported more than 2,500 transactions, with 80 to 120 files a month at our peak.
Today I'm the broker and owner of Balanced Broker Consulting, and I bring that same contract-to-close process to agents and teams across Texas as the DFW Partner of Contract 2 Close.
